Institution Building Programme

We perceived that a group/groups of people living in a particular geo-political boundary, need to be united following certain values and actively participate in planned strategies for their own socio, cultural, environmental, economical and political wellbeing and increase the quality of living. If People’s institutions will be building up in more number of villages including large number of target people, it would have certain visible and significant effect. Therefore, it is perceived and put emphasis for promotion of People’s Institutions who will take initiative for their own development in a sustainable manner.

Institution Building Programme

Human Capacity Development Programme

Capacity building can be broadly defined as a set of activity or process to enhance the ability of individual or groups to adopt the changing environment. ADARSA has chosen Capacity Building process as a key strategy for achieving the set objectives. Accordingly a series of activities such as need assessment drive, orientation programme, meetings, exposure visits, workshops and trainings on different projects and themes were conducted to enhance the capacity of the Staffs, the

Target groups and other stakeholders.

Livelihood Promotion & Food Security Programme

Rural communities are primarily dependent on agriculture for their livelihoods. Under developed infrastructure, a works with communities to enhance their production by using simple scientific technologies. Lack of technology and the disruption of ecological balance all contribute to the reduction of the land’s productive capacity, which in turn threatens food security at the household level.
